Monday Night Raw Review: LivQuel Is DEAD!

0:00 Liv Morgan, you are fake, fake, fake. Monday Night Raw didn't have much Judgment Day action, but what we received caused some significant storyline development. Raquel Rodriguez didn't allow herself to be punted to the tag team division, taking out Nikki Bella and confronting Stephanie Vicar and with Liv Morgan appeared to have a problem with it. She made the crucial statement saying she didn't think she had to clear things with Liv. There are no leaders in Judgment Day, remember? But it seems like Liv may be getting a new bestie in the form of Roxanne Perez as she accompanied Roxanne to her match with Lira bacteria and even helped her win. They would be seeing the demise of Liv Livquel and the rise of Livrox.

Long live Live rocks. I am now seeing some past solidify with the events that happened tonight on Roth. We're going to get Liv and Raquel feuding first, with Liv feuding with Roxanne happening after that.

1:29 The more interesting bits is that the Judgment Day themselves seem to have reset into being one big happy family, with Liv's return throwing a wrench into things. Maybe Finn won't be the one to be ejected from Judgment Day after all. Maybe it will be lived who will take a similar path that Rhea Ripley took last year. And Speaking of Rhea, it's scary how Liv has been acting compared to Mommy, but we'll get into that later. But let's get into Raw shall we? First up, we got the Stephanie Vaquer promo. It's a nice in ring promo by Stephanie. Her English is progressing nicely. She says she's the best and not because of the Devil's kiss. She speaks through action.

2:18 Nikki Bella then interrupts saying it's not over and she demands a rematch. This prompts Raquel to emerge from the crowd, grabs Nikki and then LON darts her into the ring post and then she comically wiped her feet of Nikki too. Well she did after she did this. Raquel then gets into the ring, confronts Stephanie and says to her. She says name your time and your place and I'll be there to take your title PETA. And that was the segment notes on this. I love, love, love Raquel deciding to go for the women's world title on her own and not accept just going into the tag division.

3:00 I was really bummed out about that last week. So I'm really happy that is Raquel taking initiative on her own to go for the world's title. She wasn't really pushed into it because there was throwing her weight around and things like that. She just decided to woman up and go after the title herself. And like I said, she has called for that because she was talking to Scrap daddy Adam Pierce about that two weeks ago. So I'm just really happy she did that. It's also funny how now people are having problems with it. How did she talk to Liv? She was her sister. Liv didn't do that last week. So how's it that Liv can state her intention?

3:42 Because that's what you do when you go in a row, Introduce yourself to the champion. So how's it that Liv could do that last week but Raquel can't do it this week? And apparently Raquel has done something wrong to live to warrant this, but nothing has been explained. So what has Raquel done to live to warrant live not giving Raquel a heads up. And that was my battle all last week regarding that. Because what has Raquel done? Nothing. Seriously. They had all this time to set up something and she didn't. In fact, Raquel was the one, like I said the other day, that has been invoking Liv's name so it's fair game if you want to start calling dibs. Raquel was the one who made her intentions known to scrap Daddy long before Liv showed back up.

4:28 I also love that Raquel just pretty much pulls Nikki off the ring post, grabs her and just wand darts her into the ring post. It kind of reminds me of how Kevin Nash wand darted Rey Mysterio. And I think I'm going to have to make that post on the X because Kevin Nash wand darted Rey Mysterio into the side of a building. And I'm wondering if that was a call back to that because I'm going to have to post that. Now that I think about it. That's a cool call back. I'm going to have to find a video of that because I think I have the gift of it. And now we segue into the Judgment Day Clubhouse. We are back with a Judgment Day Clubhouse segment. Roxanne here is prepping for her match. Dom and Finn are wearing JD shirt. Finn is talking about Rey Mysterio here. Finn is talking about it was an easy night for him because Logan Paul took out Rey Mysterio.

5:21 And we saw that earlier where Rey was coming out to the rain to face Finn Velour and then not get erupted because JD. But Logan Paul decided to interrupt and take out take out Rey Mysterio with the help of that masked assailant, whoever that is. So Finn was just saying it was just an easy night because Logan Paul took out Rey Mysterio. Dom is happy about Rey being taken out. Dom says he doesn't know who this masked attacker is, but he kind of likes him, which is a really interesting statement to stay there. Raquel comes back into the clubhouse because she wasn't there initially. Liv calls her sister, note the terminology sister here and asked what that was about. Raquel says Nikki would ruin her title shot the last time, which she did and she was just making sure that she didn't do it again.

6:16 Liv wonders why Raquel didn't say anything and then Raquel says she wonders why they have to run everything by Liv now. Now Liv plays it all saying of course she doesn't and she wants to support Raquel the best she can and she can't wait to help her become champion. And Raquel is like oh see, thanks sister. Again. Again with the fakeness here. Raquel says she's going to go talk to scrap Daddy Adam Pierce about her title match and she leaves Roxanne. This is when Liz turns to Roxanne and says that she's going to be in Roxanne's corner tonight. Roxanne is worried. She says yeah that's great, but why? And Liv says that she has to be there to watch her back and since the kill is going for a world title, it means that she ever seen or going for tags. Liv grabs Roxanne who barely has time to grab her jacket. Finn looks at Dom and then Dom says it's good for them then that they're bonding.

7:11 I'm like Sir, this where there's a lot of fake smiles from live here. I want y'all to go back and watch that segment and Pete live. All throughout the segment, it was just really faintness. She's not really smiling when Finn and Dom are smiling about Rey Mysterio taken out. First of all, Pete, that Finn is not acting like a demented demon. Even when there was some tension between Liv and Roxanne, Finn was not acting like a demented demon and that is significant here. So when we run it back at the till at the beginning, where is Finn live? Dom and Roxanne, Finn is all happy about. He has the easy night because Book and Paul took out Rey Mysterio and him and Dom are pretty much kicking it up and they're happy about Rey being taken out.

7:57 Lib is just like she has this expression on her face and I have been peeping this expression pretty much all week. It's like it's the expression she has with Dom here. She has like this really. It's a really interesting look and it's also another interesting look with Dom because Dom still shows that he's not really into it as well as people like to say. But that's another topic that I'm going to have to bring down a little bit more later on. But this expression is just like when Nobody's really looking at her. She doesn't have the smiles, but like Roxanne was happy, Dawn was happy, Finn was happy, and you don't see that with Liv. Roxanne showed a lot of emotions through in this segment as well. He was happy when Ben was been with Dom of our habit about Ray. She looked worried when Raquel and Liv were being fake with each other.

8:59 Again, he looks to Dom if you keep her, she looks to Dom. During one of those statements too, when I think it was when Raquel says I didn't think we had to clear things, but yeah, that's it. So when Raquel says I didn't think we needed to clear things with you talk referring to live both thin and Roxanne book 2 Dom when she said that now we can't see Dom's expression because live probably purposefully staging wise is set up in front of Dom's face. So we can't see Dom's expression here, but you see Finn look to Dom and again, he's not being a demented demon.

9:45 He's he's pretty much looking to Dom. What do you think? And Roxanne is worried as she looks to Dom too. So Roxanne is over here looking to Dom and then Finn is over here looking to Dom. We can't see Dom's expression, but it's just really interesting how Roxanne was going through all these emotions in the background too. She was happy and then she was worried and then she looked scared because Lil was saying that she was going to be in her corner. I just love the range Roxanne was giving here and like I said, Finn was not acting like a demented demon and he was even looking too Dom when living a terrible talking.

10:27 So he was This is what have been the moment. You would have expected Finn to have demented demon smiles and just be happy at the chaos, but he wasn't doing that. Don't being happy about Roxanne Liv bonding is funny because did he always want them to bond? So that throws out the argument out the window that Don doesn't really acknowledge Roxanne. Don doesn't really care Roxanne just all the little arguments that we used to get regarding Roxanne doesn't care if he's too happy that they're bonding. That means he cares somewhat about the relationship between Liv and Roxanne and it remains to be seen if it if it goes anything further than that, and it probably will, but that throws the argument out the window that Dom didn't care about Roxanne.

11:13 Also, what I'm also getting from this segment is that I think this is the start of Liv pulling Roxanne to her side. So we had the nice bonding with Raquel and Roxanne, wild will without injured, and now that Raquel is showing some autonomy on her own and wanting to do things on her own without running it by Liv because why should she if your sister is your equal? It's not like this is a bodyguard type situation anymore. It's probably now there's going to be Liv pulling Rock, Roxanne to her side so she can have that one that's meant on Raquel when push comes to shove and they start feuding later on.

11:59 It started next year and now we're going to go into Roxanne versus Lyra. It's not really much to say about this match, it's just that is it advanced some things. This was a great match. I love Roxanne and Lyra just fighting it out. That's a fight forever. Tight feud between them so I can sit there and watch their matches all day but it was great. I always like how Roxanne works a body part. He was working on Irish shoulder during the match so I really like that finish came where Lil at she was taken out by Bailey so she's laying on the apron here.

12:42 Roxanne manages to rake why was eyes and so they're in this small package attempt where Roxanne tries to pin Lyra and then Lyra gets out and like stumbles to over where Liv was the reference distracted by Roxanne here. And then this is where Liv kicks Lyra with her boots, which allows Roxanne to get Lyra into the position for pops rocks. She hits it and pins Lyra 123. And this is where we see them living, Roxanne hugging and being happy and things like that of that nature. I know from this I've just said, like I was saying earlier, boxing and Lib, we're going to start bonding and freeze Raquel out since Liv is upset, Raquel is going for the title. You're going to start seeing these little bits more. Dom is probably going to be happy about it again. And we're just going to keep seeing that build until whenever Raquel has this title match with Stephanie. But they also look great.

13:41 Liv and Roxanne look great. And This is why I have to kind of blop people. That was just really not wanting around because look at it now we could this we and we still might get some form of Dom angels too. It may be still getting kicked out or it may not be. But if we get some form of Dom's Angel, then look at how Liv, Roxanna, Raquel are looking right now and what was I saying since all of last year? We could be getting that. It's just funny how things turn now. Other raw notes just hit some brief notes here. You know sky defeated Kyrie seen we have ria Oscar kind of scrapping on the eyesight.

14:21 It was a good match, but this match really needed. I know they're doing it for the tag team division, but it's just like it feels like it was just thrown in here. AJ Styles and dragon lead defeated the war Raiders to retain and then we got the usos returning back into the tag team division who how the mighty has fallen. Jay went from world champ back to the tag and he still has to run it back. I'm sorry, stop running it back. But who? I really feel sorry for Jimmy, because Jimmy was never allowed to get a singles title while he was separated from Jay, and I really hate that for him. I really wish he was at least allowed to get United States title for a little bit before he had to get go back into the tag team because why does he have to prop up Jay, who kind of fallen off by the wayside? I don't like that Logan Paul defeated Ellen Knight thanks to interference from Baker, Bronson, Reed, and the masked man.

15:18 And I don't know who that masked man is, but I don't know, don't care. And RAW ended on a bland note because it was just the vision taking out the baby face again because they just decide to annihilate LA Knight. And I don't know what that man did. But like, it gets to a point with LA Night, like the man do. What did he say? Like, you know, for his overness. I think LA Night, there's a lot better big picture takeaways here. My final notes, Liv quail is is on his way to a collision course and Liv rocks is rising. Liv is going to you manipulation of live to Roxanne. It's probably going to be the new Desmond Day subplot. So whatever Dom is doing, he's probably going to separate from this hem and thin.

16:04 And then it's going to be a more of a subplot between live Roxanne and Raquel. We're going to have Raquel versus Stephanie for Cure and I'm liking how standing on her own 2 feet I'm going to build herself up the other day looks like they reset to one big happy family and live return is the wrench is. And like I said, she could be the one ejected. And why am I saying that? Because look at the parallels with Ria last year. You know how they wanted Ria to be the face even though she didn't really do a lot of space like stuff. It's just that people were cheering for her with here.

16:46 I think they might have learned their lesson with that because they're probably going to show why Liv is going to turn face. But she's taking similar things like wanting people. He's wanting Raquel to run things by her. That's what happened with Rhea in the Judgment Day last year. And even prior to that, he's getting bossy with Dom, which is what Rhea did too. She's going to have other people start treating against her because she becomes bossy. And it's just feels like a really similar vibe to what Rhea did last year. And this could be. And since I think the WWE learned its lesson when it came to Rhea's face turn, because you can't rewrite her history to make her look good, they're going to make it where she's probably going to have that really huge fall.

17:40 She's going to get stomped on. It's probably going to be dumb, dumb turned on Rhea, but it's going to be way, way, way more harsher. And when that happens, she's going to be the baby face. And then you might even get live for brutality again out of that. And that's my preliminary thinking here. So what I thinking right now is that we're going to have been either Finn stay, Finn and JD stay or they get ejected from judgment day. Then after that it's going to be Lib and Raquel feuding and then you're going to have Roxanne turn on Raquel because she's in on Libs good side. And after that feud you're going to have the build up between Liv and Roxanne because if they decide to do Dom rocks. I'm saying if I'm not saying it's going to happen, I'm still saying if, if they decide to do Dom rocks. This is when you start having Dom and Roxanne start playing under Liv's nose here, and then that's what kicks off that feud. So when Roxanne and Liv get going, do you have the additional subplot of Dom?

18:54 And then Dom either betrays her or stays with her or whatever. But that's what builds up. And that's probably going to be either your WrestleMania feud or it's going to be like a SummerSlam feud. And if they want to repeat history, it might be a SummerSlam feud. So you might have it like where Raquel is the WrestleMania feud with Liv, and then after that it'll be Roxanne's feud with Liv for Summer Slam to kind of repeat that history. Liv and Roxanne were being fake on the Internet too, but you know, Roxanne is thinking Liv and then Liv, it's like baking Roxanne. So we're really getting some really interesting interactions on the X here with between Liv and Roxanne. Yeah, I do think we are we are now firmly advancing some storylines are probably going to get that live Raquel few 1st and then live and Roxanne found with the wild card here. Also know before I finish up all things regarding we're all note that Are y'all getting the same vibe of. Are you getting a vibe of Natural Born Killers or Bonnie and Clyde right now?

20:14 I'm not getting it. Like glad that they didn't do the slap. Like glad we didn't go anywhere near that slab. I don't want him to be slapped again. I don't want to see it. But it's really interesting that I'm not getting the feel of Bonnie and Clyde or Natural Born Killers right now. And you can say that they could be pushing it off to there. They split off. But right now, that seems like that's going to be a long time coming, if we even get there. Other than that draw, I don't know where poor JD was. Finn, Finn and Dom were wearing JD shirt, so hopefully he's OK and he just had the night off and we have things to look forward to in the future. It might, it looks like it might be Liv and Roxanne and the tag. It will be interesting if they do win the tag titles. I don't think so because I think maybe they might cause Raquel, but we will have to see and that's wrong.
