One Big Slap Happy Family? Liv Morgan SLAPS Dominik Mysterio | WWE Monday Night Raw Review 12/1/25

0:00 If Dom is on thin ice with me and all it took was a slap on Monday Night Raw with Morgan, made her triumphant return after declaring she's back and the dose of the day will be on top again, she delivered a slap to Dominic Mysterio and suddenly I'm remembering what happened when Dom was with Ria Ripley. And then I'm remembering the Liv Morgan that protected Dom from Braun Strowman. I remember a Liv Morgan fighting for Dom himself. So why does Liv need to slap him? Now some fans may excuse it as Liv and Dom being unhinged or Dom as being into kinky stuff.

0:41 I don't buy that Dom and Liv did not start off unhinged, and Dom has never been that way, no matter how many people wanted him to snap. And the kinky angle that fell flat on his face last year when it was used against Rhea during the summer of Liv Dom. Now Liv is stepping on Raquel's toes, inserting herself into the World Women's World Championship competition, and fimble or stepdad instincts may be kicking back in the bloom may be off the Rose. As a Dominic Mysterio fan, I do not like it when Don gets hit by women because he can't hit back. Now Liv joins Rhea in crossing that line. Liv slapping Dom as the virus series was excusable. It swerved John Cena and got Dom the Intercontinental Championship bat The slapping helm again tonight. That's different. Dom himself said in interviews he isn't like that dynamic. If they're supposed to be an in his couple, fine, but be evil to other people don't hit Dom Liv and Dom didn't start toxic so don't compare them to Tiffany and Chucky those.

2:22 That couple was toxic and they were always toxic. Liv and Dom weren't. I'm going to be keeping an eye on Miss Morgan, pun intended. And fans too because saying Dom isn't too kinky stuff just makes you sound like the real fans from last year. So it's gone. And get into the actual raw review we had on the raw walk in. We have Dom arriving in the Low Rider with Liv. Liv is holding the IC title. Liv is smiling at JB and Raquel and giving them hugs. She nods at Roxanne and exchanges some words with Finn. And note Peep in the back. Peep when you watch the walk in Peep the Dom shook hands with Roxanne behind those back.

3:10 This was an intriguing one. I I kind of misread it at first because I thought Liv didn't, I didn't see her giving a nod to Roxanne, but I've noticed it on the on the replay and she did have words with Finn. So it could be that she's going to be icing thin out and then maybe icing JD out after after this. But I'll get into a little bit of that later on as well. And then the opening segment for raw. Now why am I saying this? Because it's all ties in into the end of the show. The opening segments had Ria and EO come out and they want the Kabuki Warriors, Charlotte and Alexa interrupt and they want their rematch, and then they say all they needed to do was, you know, they want to match with Ria and EO.

3:53 They issued a challenge, Ria and EO was stepped, and it'll be Ria and EO versus Charlotte and Alexa in the main event of Raw. And like I said, this sets up for chaos in the main event later on that night. Then we get into the Judgement Day segment. Dom comes out with everybody, Finn, JD, Roxanne and Raquel. Dom gets into the ring. He's showing off the his I See title belt that still has John Cena's plates on it. He's doing that. You can't see me gesture. Don is talking his shit. He's the greatest Mysterio. He's the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time.

4:34 He thinks Judgment Day and this is important. He did thank Judgment Day, so it wasn't like he was just taking the credit. He did thank the Judgment Day. He brings out Liv Liva saying he she's back. She was saying that Judgment Day is weak and falling apart, like they failed to help out even though they did soften up. John Cena Fordham. Let's not forget that. Promising it, she promises that the Judgment Day is coming for everything that they lost. And then after this, Liv slaps Dom. The Judgment Day is shocked, and then Liv jumps into Dom's arms to finish out the segment notes for this note. Again, I do not like this slap, not one bit. It reminds me of Bria and I don't like that and remember I like my toxic shit and I am and I was a real and on fan but when you But still this is something I don't like and that we were moving away from this Dom smiling defense mechanism. Then stepdad instincts and drive look like he got triggered 'cause he was shocked with that slap. Roxanne didn't like it if you peep her in the background, but she recovered.

5:46 She was shocked and then she recovered quickly. And this might be a way of live to getting the judgment day back in line. So This is why it's a one big happy family. But it's like a very tense situation of a family. Also also peep when before the commercial break, before Dom got in the ring. Pete, Roxanne again, she is still looking at Dom. You have to catch it. But she is. She keeps looking at him. So there is something there and they are still teasing that. And it looks like it's in the background. They're not pulling it to the front just yet, but it's still there. Like I said, I do not like the slap.

6:27 I don't. I don't like it when women can beat up guys and the guys can't reciprocate. I don't. I didn't like it when Becky was beating up on Dom. I didn't like it when Becky was beating up on CM Punk. I don't like it because it's not equal. Like, how good would it would have been last year for Don to get some kind of shot in Andrea Ripley? You see what I mean? I just don't like it. It's very unequal and it just allows women to just do whatever they want and then there's nothing coming back. So, you know, Liv is able to slap and then know that she's not going to get any kind of leg back from it. You know, it's not like a Indian know if it was a woman, then she could be fighting back.

7:09 But even then, even like, but look at how Oscar is with Kyrie. Kyrie isn't fighting back, but you know that when Kyrie has had enough of Oscar's bullshit, she's going to turn on Oscar and fight back. So Dom before. But for Dom, he's going to probably find somebody by proxy, probably Roxanne, to handle his business with Liv, something with which was happening with Rhea last year. So I really don't like it. And like I said, I really don't like how. So these fans are really trying to excuse it. Oh, they're reading too much too into it. It's a consensual. First of all, we haven't had them have a slap. It's not like they started off slapping like that.

7:49 You know, it's one thing to start off the relationship with all the slaps, like with Ria last year. We said it was abusive then and it was. But it's not like Lib and Dom started off slapping each other. So you can't just say, oh, this is consensual, It's different from Ria. No it's not. I mean Rhea didn't really. Rhea beat his ass but Rhea didn't like haul off and like slap the guy either. And when Rhea was beating Dawn's ass she was beating his ass for the judgement day at the time. So there is a clear difference. But I have to say that Liv Morgan is acting her ass off and I have to give her her props. I love her, but I just don't like to slap. And she was looking great too.

8:34 She's had some really nice outfits and she's been really looking great. So I, you know, I can't take that away from her. I love her and I know I just don't like this context coming from her right now when it relates to Dom. And like I said as a Don fan I just thought we need to get past this. Like I don't want to see my double champ getting slapped. I don't care if it is an unhinged couple. Do you really want to see your mega champion and your intercontinental slap like this? I mean this is not a toxica situation. Like we have like lost toxicas down there in AAA. It's not like we got the La Jedra situation in AAA, and even with that situation in AAA, La Hedra had every right to beat up on Mr. Iguana because he kept sniffing after Mobile Vice. So at least that was warranted by La Hedra down there in AAA. So I'm saying all that to say this, the slap I don't like. If it continues, I'm really going to have a problem with it. Like once it's excusable.

9:32 Now second time I'm looking at you sad eyes and 3rd is like you know, OK, what is this and like I said, you can't be saying it was consensual because Ria and Don fans said was consensual last year. Ria and Don said oh, but Don loves this kind of shit. Y'all remember that. So you know you're just going to be butting up against ria and Don fans and now they're just going to probably start fighting it out. But in you let's move on. So we Stephanie backstage Stephanie the cure is talking about next challengers after she defeated Nikki Bella and then after this Nikki, Nikki Liv interrupts, says sheeps the back and walks off. And then all I have to say here is that Liv is stepping on Raquel's toes.

10:16 Raquel had next. They said that last week she had next. As soon as Vicki and Stephanie were done, she had next. But here comes Liv and now we're killed. As we see at the end of the night, it's putted all the way down to the tag division. And coming up next is that we have Lyra, Bailey, Kabuki Warriors and Scrap Daddy out of Pierce. Lyra and Bailey are talking with Scrap Daddy. They want in on the tag division. They want the title shot. Scrap Daddy said they'll be under consideration. Lyra and Bailey don't like that. But Scrap Daddy walks off and comes the Kabuki Warriors to interrupt. Oska is blaming Bailey for their lives because she didn't join them.

10:59 Oscar calls Bailey a stupid idiot. And then Bailey had The funny thing of saying, OK, you're idiot. And then you're even even more stupid idiot, you know, for believing that I would join you. So Bailey. So that was a really funny line there between Bailey and Oscar. And then we had Curry like drop drape that chain that she used at Survivor Series. Bailey until until she gets like called off by Oscar. So this again, this is just another set up for the main event as we see later on. And I just have to say Kyrie is a treasure. Like I don't really like how her story got thrown to the wayside. You know how with all this going on, we have like Oscar story kind of thrown to the wayside with EO and then Kyrie storyline throws to the wayside.

11:50 I'm not liking this. Like we could have been on the verge of another babyface with Kyrie is as she like recovers, overcomes what Austin is doing to her and just fights back. And we could have had a nice babyface moment and I could catapult her to you'd be up there with EO Sky and all them. But now her story sounds following by the wayside and she's just kind of just happily following along with Austin and just dealing with shit instead of it like her not, you know, being forced do the shit, you know, And I really don't like that. Another backstage moment. That'd be dad. Rey Mysterio was being interviewed. He will face Ben the Lord, the step daddy next week on RAW. He's was asked about the icy title. Logan Paul interrupts gosh and says that the icy title belongs in the vision.

12:47 Then this, you know, they have words. And then Ray just hauls off and slaps Logan. And then they were going to start scuffling and brawling it out until the officials got in there and kept them apart and broke it up. And all I was going to say to that is just Logan Paul. Look that just give me Ray versus Dog for the IC title. You know, just give me that match. I don't need Logan Paul. Like I don't need Logan Paul anywhere near Dom right now. Go away, go away. So the main event now is Ria and EO versus Charlotte and Alexa. The match was going great until it started getting towards the end and this is when the Kabuki Warriors come out and attack causing ABQ.

13:28 They beat down everyone. This prompts Bailey and Libor to arrive because remember that interaction from earlier and they come in attack. The Kabuki Warriors have been them off. Just when Lyra's about to jump on I believe Kyrie live, Roxanne and Raquel arrive and start beating everyone down when they get in. When they're in the ring after Raquel does a Tahana bomb and Roxanne does her Pop Rocks, Raquel picks up A tag title. And then the more interesting thing is when Roxanne picks up the other tag title, she starts to raise it, then thinks of better of it and then she hands it to live Liv handed back and then she gets in the middle of Raquel and Roxanne and then raises Raquel and Roxanne's hands close the door to close the show notes from this. Poor Raquel, she just got punted all the way back down to tag. I did love the bit of Roxanne handing Liv the title instead of raising it first.

14:28 So she was showing something towards Liv there, like she did lose Liv's title, but as she didn't, you know, try to overstep her bounds, she tried to hand it back before getting it back. It's very clear that Liv is going for the world title and I get that. But I like how to say is poor Raquel big mummy cool deserves better. I'm already seeing people. They were saying Oh yeah, they're a big one, happy family. I was like, no, y'all just stay on that side. Y'all were on Raquel neck for how long All these months? Oh Raquel is a snake. Oh Raquel is this over kill? Is that now that it looks like Liv is going for the title and Raquel gets punted all the way down the tag now? Y'all cool with her Now you can stay on that side.

15:10 Been rocking with and defended Raquel for months dealing with all this, dealing with them calling her a snake and an ineffective bodyguard and all that. I really feel bad for her. She needs to be getting some kind of a title next year and somebody will say oh 2026 won't be Raquel dear bull fucking shit. He can get a title and it. And I really hope that Brooks fan is not punted out of the IC title too, because she was in in informed her intent to go after magazine too. So I know that. But Maxine is going to be facing Ivy 1st, and I know that's probably going to set up for Maxine's first title defense so they can get that out the way.

15:51 So I'm really hoping Roxanne has next on that, because if she's not, I'm going to be really annoyed because that's something that Raquel Roxanne can do now. I know they're probably going to set it up where Raquel and live or probably eventually going to fight over that world title and I get it. But I just as a Raquel fan and remember, I'm advocating for all of Judgment Day, not just Liz, not just Dom. I, it really hurts to see her get punted down like that. You know, if you're going to be doing something, at least let her go for IC or something like that. Any of you. And that was wrong. Like I said, I don't like the slap.

16:31 You know, you can give me all the excuses about it being consensual or not. And no, I'm that's not going to take it. I have to see this continues in the coming weeks. Like you can show unhinged behavior about beating on Dom or slapping Dom. You know, I don't even recall any kind of iteration of Bonnie and Clyde, even when that kind of stuff. Maybe they did, maybe they not, but I don't remember that. Even with Natural Born Killers, you know you can be toxic and unhinged and evil to other people. You know you could do that and then still be your lovey dovey ways. You know, that's what I was expecting with Bonnie and Clyde for living Dom like be evil to other people but sweet to each other.

17:12 That's what I was expecting and it's and again like I said, it's just really interesting to see people try to excuse this away and I really think a lot of dorm fans, I'm talking about Dom fans, not Liv Dom fans, Dom fans are probably not going to like it because we've been through this before we've been through this with bria. It's not going to sit well and like I said, I don't want my mega champion and intercontinental champion going through this again. So it looks like also Finn is going to be going up against Debbie dad, Rey Mysterio with Finn. He might be getting edged out of judgement day, like I was saying, but it might be interesting to see Finn's dead daddy drive gets kicked in and he's and he'll go like maybe try to say something like not some not trying to break up live and Dawn because he's being the demented demon, like he's been all this year, but then trying to break up live and dawn because he's sees Dom still as his step, that as his step son and he wants better for him and he doesn't want that for him.

18:19 You know what I mean? Like it might be interesting to see that inversion. Like at first he was a demented demon and he brought in Roxanne to break them up and he was being demented about it because he was jealous of Dom and things like that. But now with the slap, he's like seeing, Oh no, I'm you know, I'm putting Dom back in the 2 the same position that he was in with Ria. And I can't I can't see that again. And he starts trying to do things and maybe break them up then, but it's coming out of a place of concern for fence and with JD, I'm not sure. See, this is where things get interesting. Like with JD here, Liv should be like trying to advocate for if she's trying to ice out, then this is where Liv should be trying to have like JD go for a title. Maybe in AAA, maybe when El he held a doctor Walkner junior is done with Ethan Page.

19:13 Maybe you can have JD go after that Latin American championship, you know, something else, some other goal that JD can have to kind of maybe further ice out of them Blore, you know, if she wants to be smart about it. You know, Dom has icy a mega, JD has the Latin American championship and then the Raquel and Roxanne might have A tag or they might, you know, maybe Roxanne has a the icy eventually and well, Roxanne, she is still he's still giving Dom to looks. Dom has been kind of acknowledging her and did, like I said, Pete that he did shake Roxanne's hand behind Liz back earlier. She was shocked with the slap and then she recovered and we still might getting some of that Dom rocks because now, maybe now Dom has an excuse.

20:11 Everybody said well, Don needs a reason to cheat. Well, there you go. There's your reason if it if it push comes. Now I have my theory on how I would explain Dom cheating on Liv and now that he she doesn't done she has done this lap. I'm going to go ahead and say it. The reason I had that Dom was would cheat on Liv or his reason or his excuse to cheat on Liv is that he never forgot that Liv said she was using him to get Korea and he just been playing the long game. Now you can say that Liv caught feelings and all that, but maybe he, you know, and maybe he did too and he just been enjoying it. But now she's showing another side him and he may not like it. So there's your excuse.

21:04 He can run it back and say, hey, I've been playing a long game. You, you, you said you'd use me to get the Ria and I needed that out to get away from Ria. And I've just been playing a loud game. Or he can use this now as an excuse to go to Roxanne because remember, Roxanne has been concerned for Don. Remember she ran after Don when he was upset like a few months ago. Remember that? And we never got what they talked about, bro. Roxanne has shown concern and I had some people time trying to talk to me about them, but saying, well, Roxanne hasn't been showing any kind of concern for Don. Roxanne was setting him up. I'm like, he has been supporting him.

21:45 Well, she was. She was trying to flirt with Don. I'm like, yeah, but she has been trying to support Don. It happened. It's funny. And it's really funny how they were saying that Roxanne is trying to set up Dom, but then they excused when Dom was setting up JD to get for Rusev, you know, So maybe this is just the way we start. We get into Dom rocks. You know, people are saying there was no reason for Dom the cheat. There you go. So we will have to see how things are next week. We got to see if Raquel is really happy about going for tag. We have to see if Liv keeps slapping Dom. We got to see a Dom, how Dom reacts because remember, you got to watch those facial expressions.

22:29 So maybe things will happen. And then we got to see how things go with Finn and JD. Like do Finn get continue to get iced out or does he start fighting back? You never know. But now we do have a nice hot tag, women's tag to division and that's really good and they deserve it because women have been running the shit for a while. And I hope we do get a nice like banger match. I'm not sure what kind of match, but I do hope we get like a either A4 like what was it a 14 like a fatal four way or something like that. Maybe they we could get like a stipulation match for them and that's wrong.
