Dominik Mysterio appeared on WWE Raw, but did his character actually move forward? After Money in the Bank, nearly every member of Judgment Day has a direction — except Dom.
Roxanne Perez lost Money in the Bank, then pinned WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green just two days later. Liv Morgan is headed toward Crown Jewel, Raquel Rodriguez may have a new challenger in Iyo Sky, and JD McDonagh continues his feud with Joe Hendry.
Meanwhile, Dominik Mysterio was reduced to a punchline during Liv Morgan and Chelsea Green’s confrontation.
In this week’s Wrestling Receipts, we’re examining:
Why Roxanne Perez’s MITB loss doesn’t automatically mean a Judgment Day breakup
What Chelsea Green’s “placeholder girlfriend” comment actually establishes
The interesting backstage interaction between Dominik Mysterio and Roxanne Perez
Why Judgment Day can progress without splitting up
How WWE continues using Dominik Mysterio without giving him meaningful character development
Why Dom’s AAA Mega Championship rematch doesn’t solve his problems on Raw
Getting a reaction isn’t the same thing as getting a storyline.
And that’s the distinction at the center of this week’s analysis.
